Favorite clinical rotation, and why: Family medicine has most definitely been my favorite clinical rotation. I enjoy teaching patients about their health and steps they can make to be healthier. I also love to see patients of all ages and walks of life.

What drew you to Family Medicine? I was drawn to family medicine for a variety of reasons including the ability to have long term relationships with patients. The connection we can make with patients in family medicine allows us to build bonds and help change their lives for the better. I enjoy spending time getting to know patients and working with them as a team to make their health the best it can be. I also enjoy getting to work with patients from zero days old to over 100 years old!

Anything else you want people to know about you? I enjoy practicing what I preach to my patients in the clinic. My husband and I travel around the Pacific Northwest finding new places to bike, hike and explore. I also love to cook new, healthy dishes in my free time.
